Yumi Mita

Yumi Mita moved from Taipei, Taiwan to Tokyo 28 years ago to study. Since relocating to Tokyo, she has had experiences as a student, company employee, insurance agent, interpreter, and translator. Yumi has a thorough understanding of visas in Japan, naturalization, investment visas, and taxes. She is also a mother of two children, and since they were born and raised in Japan, she has considerable experience navigating Tokyo’s educational landscape.

Yumi started her life in Tokyo without knowing any Japanese, filled with nothing but anxiety and unease. From renting her first apartment as a student to buying a home as an adult, she faced many challenges. However, through her own efforts and the support of her seniors, Yumi was able to solve these problems and open up a new chapter in her life in Japan.

She understands that living abroad brings many challenges to our daily lives, including housing, and she’s committed to using her experience to help her clients solve these issues. Yumi is committed to helping her clients achieve their goals and create the fulfilling life they envision for themselves in Tokyo.
