From the beginning, it was clear that this family lived with a rare sense of freedom.They divide their time between Tokyo, Hokkaido, and Hong Kong, creating a lifestyle that allows their children to grow, explore, and thrive across different cultures and environments.
And when their children—already a top-level athlete—needed access to one of the world’s best snowboard training facilities located in Saitama, they didn’t hesitate.They decided to establish a new base in Saitama by purchasing a home there.

Challenges
A Three-Day, High-Speed Purchase Process
Jeffrey found a beautiful decent new house in Saitama and made a decision.
The journey from central Tokyo to Saitama took three hours round‑trip, and the schedule was extremely tight:
Day 1: First viewing
Day 2: Final viewing
Day 3: Contract signing
Everything had to be completed within this narrow window, with no room for delays.
Solutions
To ensure the purchase process was handled properly, a large number of documents needed to be reviewed and prepared.
However, I had to spend the daytime in Saitama where the house was located.
So, to keep everything moving smoothly, I worked on the paperwork late into the night after returning to Tokyo — and honestly, I was happy to do it!
Supporting clients through important moments like this is truly one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
Results
A New Home, A New Base, A New Stage
The handover of their beautiful new home in Saitama was completed without issue.
They decided to move out of their Tokyo rental for now and make Saitama one of their primary bases—an important decision for their family’s future.
Their two children are both already top athletes, and they will continue to grow in an environment perfectly suited to helping them reach even greater heights. With such dedicated and loving parents by their side, I have no doubt we will one day see them shining on television.
