Tsuyoshi Hikichi

Tsuyoshi Hikichi is the owner and managing director of IREA, and has over 22 years of experience in the Japanese real estate industry. His career in real estate began in his twenties with rental brokerage services for foreigners. He later worked in asset management at a real estate investment fund. In 2016, he conducted an MBO of the real estate company he was working for at the time and now manages Axios Management, a property management company. He also runs AZUKI PARTNERS, which specializes in real estate consulting and advisory services.

Through IREA for real estate brokerage, AXIOS MANAGEMENT for property management, and AZUKI PARTNERS for consulting, he provides comprehensive real estate services primarily for non-Japanese clients, drawing on over 22 years of experience. 

Through his extensive career, he has personally seen that renting or buying real estate in Japan can be a challenging experience for non-Japanese people. His goal is to continue building a professional team of real estate agents that ensures foreign clients involved in Japanese real estate receive the best care and the highest quality real estate services.

Tsuyoshi Hikichi and IREA have a long-term association with the NPO organization Kids Door, supporting underprivileged families in Japan by helping children learn English and seize new opportunities.
