The property requirements were somewhat tight: a 1DK to 1LDK property within a 10-minute walk from the Yamanote Line, priced around 40 million yen. Since the client wanted to find a property during their stay in Japan, speed was crucial, and organizing property viewings was challenging.
We had a video call before they arrived in Japan to explain the conditions, purchase costs, and the market, which helped them visualize the property purchase process in Japan. I conducted property searches and provided suggestions before their arrival, allowing for smooth viewings once they were in Japan.
