Overview
A pilot working for a Japanese airline contacted me as he prepared to live in Japan together with his family from Poland. He was looking for a rental property in Yokohama near the international school his child would be attending.
His priorities were clear:

- Close to a train station
- Convenient access to the international school
With only two weeks available to secure a property and complete the lease agreement, timing was critical.

All candidate properties were pre-screened with management companies in advance to confirm application viability. Only realistic options were presented, preventing wasted time.
I also provided clear information about school access, commuting routes, surrounding amenities, and neighborhood atmosphere so that the client could make informed decisions despite being unfamiliar with the area.
When an initially preferred unit was taken by another applicant, we adjusted our strategy. By reviewing detailed property and area information in advance, the client was ready to act immediately. For suitable properties, we submitted the application first to secure the unit, followed by a viewing for final confirmation.
As a result, we were able to secure the ideal property for his family within the limited timeframe.
Results
Within the two-week timeframe, we successfully completed the lease and secured the home in preparation for his family’s arrival.
After move-in, when minor equipment issues arose, I immediately contacted the management company and repair vendors. I coordinated communication, confirmed solutions, and arranged repair scheduling to ensure everything was handled smoothly.
The client was extremely pleased with the outcome and was able to prepare confidently for his family’s arrival from Poland.
